Easy access for maintenance and inspection
Service legs are secured at the base of your truck dumper, allowing them to rotate out of the way during normal operation. When needed, they pivot beneath the dumper to hold it in a raised “zero energy” position, with the hydraulic system fully depressurized. By locking out the hydraulic system, the risk of unintended platform lowering due to pressure failure or human error is eliminated.
Investing in service legs pays off through improved cleanout efficiency and streamlined maintenance, reducing downtime and getting your dumper back in operation faster.
IMPORTANT: Service legs are designed for maintenance purposes only. They must never be used while a truck is on the dumper platform.
